New Wednesday Gambling Support Forum

Christmas can bring lots of stress for everyone, and when you are stressed about the affordability for Christmas or anything else, it can be tempting to gamble more to pay for everything. Gambling though often means you spend money you need for important things. If pay day is coming up for you it can be tempting to try and gamble to get more money. Recognise this thought, catch it and challenge it. "Will it really work out well - has it worked for you before". The answer will probably no!
